Questions
Which video formats play in the browser?
MP4 (H.264/AAC) and WebM play almost everywhere. MKV and MOV often work in Chromium. Anything else can always be downloaded.
Can I add subtitles?
Yes. Put a .srt or .vtt next to the video (for example movie.en.srt) and it appears as a track in the player.
How does the trial work?
Pay $0.99 to use the plan you choose for one day. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription continues at the regular monthly or yearly price. Once per person and payment card.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Billing any time. Cancelling keeps access until the paid period ends.

How does family sharing work?
The 1 TB plan lets you invite up to 5 people. Everyone gets a private account; storage and transfer slots come from your plan. Share a Living room folder with members while other files stay private.
Do you seed torrents?
Private-tracker torrents keep seeding until the ratio or days in your plan is reached. You can track progress on the Seeding tab. Public torrents are not seeded.
Can downloads organize themselves?
Yes. In Settings you can turn on auto-organize so finished videos land under TV/Show/Season or Movies when the name matches common patterns.
What happens to my files if my plan ends?
New downloads stop. Files stay streamable for 30 days, then they are deleted. We email you before that.
What may I download?
Only content you have the right to access: your own files, open-licensed media, public software releases and similar. See the acceptable use policy.
