Terms of service

Pullo.me (“the service”) is operated by RISEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16937950. Registered office: Suite 10364, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

The service lets you instruct a server to download files you are authorized to access, store them in a private account and stream or download them. By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or using the service, you enter into a binding agreement with RISEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD and accept these terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy notice below. Accounts that violate them may be suspended or terminated without refund, and their content removed.

Plans, trials and billing

  • Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
  • Trial. Where offered, a trial gives you the full plan you selected for the stated period for a one-time, non-refundable trial fee. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid subscription you chose and the regular price is charged. A trial is available once per person, account and payment card; trials obtained by reusing a card or account may be cancelled and the trial fee refunded.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page (“Manage billing”). You keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
  • Money-back guarantee. During the first 7 days after your first subscription (including a trial) began, you can request a full refund of every payment made so far from the Billing page; the subscription ends immediately. The guarantee can be used once per person, account and payment card.
  • Refunds. Apart from the money-back guarantee and where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. Contact support if you were charged in error.
  • Family sharing. Plans that include family seats let the subscriber invite other people. Each member has a private account; storage and transfer slots of the subscriber's plan are shared. Members lose access when they leave, are removed or the subscriber's plan no longer includes family sharing; their files then follow the retention rules below.
  • Seeding. Completed downloads of private-tracker torrents keep seeding until the ratio or time stated in your plan is reached (whichever comes first), or until you remove the transfer from your history. Other torrents are not seeded.
  • When a plan ends (cancellation, failed payment or account closure), new transfers stop immediately and running transfers are cancelled. Your files remain available to stream and download for 30 days, during which we email you reminders; after that they are permanently deleted. Subscribing again during this period restores full access.
  • Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and permanently deletes your files.

Acceptable use

You must only download, store or stream content that you own, that is licensed for your use or redistribution, or that you otherwise have a lawful right to obtain. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose and not to upload, download, store, share, seed or otherwise process material that RISEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD does not permit.

By registering and using the service you undertake that your account and activity will not involve any of the following. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination, content removal, source blocking, reporting to competent authorities where required by law, and cooperation with law-enforcement or rights-holder investigations.

Prohibited content and activity

  • Child sexual exploitation and underage material. Any sexual, pornographic, erotic or exploitative content involving anyone under 18 (or under the age of majority where higher), including fictional, AI-generated, drawn or photorealistic depictions of minors. This is strictly forbidden and will be reported where the law requires.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery. Revenge porn, deepfake sexual imagery of real people without consent, or secret recordings of private acts.
  • Illegal products and trafficking. Material that facilitates the sale, purchase, manufacture or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances without lawful authority, illegal weapons, explosives, or other goods or services that are unlawful to trade in the United Kingdom or in your jurisdiction.
  • Copyright and IP infringement. Downloading or storing works you are not authorized to access; piracy; counterfeit goods catalogues; trade-secret theft.
  • Malware and cybercrime. Viruses, ransomware, trojans, exploit kits, credential dumps, phishing kits, or instructions primarily intended to attack, compromise or fraudulently access systems or accounts.
  • Fraud, scams and financial crime. Materials for identity theft, payment-card fraud, money laundering, or other deceptive schemes.
  • Terrorism and violent extremism. Content that promotes, glorifies or provides practical assistance for terrorism or serious violent crime.
  • Extreme violence and illegal abuse. Content depicting real-world sexual violence, torture or other material that is illegal to possess or distribute under applicable law.
  • Harassment and doxxing. Using the service to threaten, stalk, harass or publish private personal data with intent to harm.
  • Circumvention and abuse of the platform. Attempting to access other accounts or internal systems; bypassing plan limits, security controls, trials or payment; automated abuse; reselling access without our written permission.

Your undertakings

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • You will not use the service to obtain, host or distribute anything listed as prohibited above.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality of the sources you instruct the service to fetch and of the files in your account.
  • You will respond promptly to our requests for information when we investigate a suspected violation or a third-party report.

We may remove content, block sources globally, suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse future registration where we reasonably believe these rules were broken. We are not obliged to monitor all user content, but we act on reports and may review accounts when investigating abuse.

Privacy

The data controller for personal data processed through Pullo.me is RISEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD (company number 16937950), registered office Suite 10364, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. Contact us via the support address published on the service for privacy requests.

  • We store your email address, a hashed password, your files and transfer history, and session details (IP address and browser) for security.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We keep your Stripe customer reference, subscription status, invoice amounts and a non-reversible card fingerprint (used only to enforce one trial per card).
  • Transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, plan notices) are delivered through our email provider, Resend.
  • Security-relevant actions are kept in an audit log. Server logs never contain your passwords or the signatures of your media links.
  • Your files are private to your account. Administrators can see file names and sources when investigating abuse reports.
  • Deleting a file removes it from storage. You can delete your account and all of its files at any time in Settings.
  • We process this data to perform our contract with you, to secure the service, to comply with law, and (where applicable) on the basis of our legitimate interests in preventing abuse and fraud.

The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important files. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their local courts where mandatory consumer law so requires.
